So far, I'm really loving this lifestyle, though I've made some mistakes. I've got a mild case of heartburn- way too many acidic food. Salsa, coffee, grapefruit, bittersweet chocolate, ow. But it's alright, it's a learning experience. This whole diet is. The important thing to remember is that this lifestyle is based on flexible principles, all up for debate, and focused on the basic, primal needs of nutrition. In its simplest form, the diet exonerates meat of any kind, animal fats and other saturated fats, veggies, little amount of fruits, no grain, no soy, no vegetable oils. Too many people complicate the diet. Unlike many diets, this diet is customizable by you, to your needs. All you have to do is listen to your body and stop eating when you are full. You don't have to keep track of your foods or calories, though I do to help keep me on track.
So far, this guy has been the no-crap go-to caveman.

Today-
4 egg whites and two of the yolks
12 oz of round steak
5 oz of ground turkey
1.5TB of Almond Butter
Coffee with half and half
1/3 c of mango
1/2 grapefruit
6 squares of bittersweet chocolate
1 small zucchini
A glass of whole milk
2 Tb of half and half
140 g of protein, 34 carbs, 1444 calories
As you can tell, I wasn't really feeling the carb vibe today, and yet I had a ton of energy and a stable mood. I also crashed, and crashed hard at six. One principle is to sleep and sleep long. I did, and it felt wonderful, but I'm ready for bed now. Goodnight.
