On the second and third day of Christmas...

Like how I kinda just lumped those two together? Watchu gonna do about it? I thought not. The most festive thing Josh and I did today was accrue coffee (well, sipping chocolate for me. It's been one of those days) and look at the yuletide festival lights. It was beautiful, but I'll admit I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have. The days are reaching arctic temperatures, and the days are dark, even during daylight hours. I'm sure this is why my mood has been "off." I've felt near worthless and pointless as of late- except for serving as Boog's personal jungle gym- and my stomach has been acting up. Josh says my body is like an endangered rainforest in the middle of the Arizona desert. If one too many birds fly in the ecosystem is destroyed. Monkeys will drop dead. He's right. Regardless, I just haven't felt right. Just plain purposeless.
